Positive: There was a lot to like about this place! Location was fantastic for the convention centre, supermarket, shops, getting to the water and restaurants. The place was clean and well equipped for self catering. The team were attentive. The welcome video really helpful. There was an aircon (noisy when on, see below), heater and fans. I was very comfortable in spring but I wonder what summer would be like.

Negative: It was hard to tell it was an airbnb property it was presented so well. I'm really surprised that no other guest reviews I read mentioned this but there is an exhaust fan on the roof behind the property and it is on 24hrs a day and was noisy. It sounded like you had an aircon unit (the outside part) inside the room all the time which was quite oppressive. Earplugs and a white noise machine were provided for obvious reasons. It had a high pitched noise whilst there was also a low pitched noise that came on intermittently that you could hear through the bed and earplugs which is think was a fan in the apartment downstairs or perhaps the exhaust fan had two tones! The level of noise reminded me of being in the planes that I had travelled on for 19 hours, to arrive to more engine noise.

Summary: Lots to like but one big let down...
