Positive: The location is perfect for SDCC. Also, it is great for the ability to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and our parking spot.

Negative: The noisy water pipes. Also, the restaurants nearby work late hours washing dishes while playing loud Mexican music. Bring your head set.

Summary: Great location for need of convention center.
