We have a lovely, modern, remodeled duplex in North Liberty IA. Quite spot. The entire space is exclusively for guests only. Perfect for the long-term guest. It includes 2 private entrances, off street parking and a nice outside deck with seating. It’s waking distance to restaurants ( Red’s, Pizza Ranch, etc.)and near a lovely bike trail that’s great for walking as well as biking. We are only a 15 minute drive from Kinnick Stateum & the University area ( including the UI hospital, Mercy, and the VA) There is a free Washer & Dryer located in the basement of the unit. There’s also a full kitchen with Induction Stove/Oven with pots and pans if you’d like to dine in. Enjoy!
