As you approach this beautifully remodeled Craftsman home, you'll ascend a charming porch with cozy seating, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening breeze. The front door features a smart lock for easy, keyless entry, ensuring a seamless start to your stay. For our guests with allergies, we maintain a hypoallergenic environment and as such, have a no-pets policy.
Step inside, and you'll be greeted by a warm, open-concept living space that immediately feels like home. The inviting living room, with its glowing gas fireplace and smart TV, creates a cozy atmosphere for family gatherings or a quiet night in after a day of exploring. Not available for guests. The carriage house driveway is on the left side of the home and those tenants park in the garage beneath the carriage house. The courtyard between the main home and the carriage house is shared with the tenants of the carriage house.

We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'.

For non-Airbnb reservations: We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.
After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.

Cancellation policy applies to reservations that are cancelled due to guests not reading this requirement in the listing and not wanting to perform the background screening.
