Snowmobile and ATV trails run right by the property and you are in close proximity to 1, 000's of acres of Paper Company lands. Take a boat ride up the river, pontoon cruise the lake or hook up a trophy walleye. Lots of places to stop on the lake for dining and cocktails. 2 kayaks on property with life preservers to use. Pontoon, kayak and canoe rentals down the road. Public boat launch 1/4 mile down the road. There is a fire pit in the backyard.
