Summary: I was requested by staff to attend earlier than scheduled on the public holiday and was informed that no one would be available after 3:00 p.m. However, during this period, telephone calls were not answered, and there was no internet connectivity or access to Netflix in the rooms. Considering the rate of $340.00 per night, this was quite disappointing and not reflective of the standard expected. The property itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, it does not appear to be managed or operated effectively.
