This is Harbour Village, a condominium community on the banks of the Myakka River just as it empties into Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. Your favorite spot will be the southern facing screened lanai. This is an end unit so there are no obstructions to the views from the south, west and east. Absolutely gorgeous sunsets await you. The southern exposure brings warm breezes while you watch boats and wildlife in and along the river. The fishing will be great from the pier or your power boat or sailboat. There's 300 feet of first come, first serve dockage available. There are grills located throughout the complex to cook your catch of the day!
Your other favorite spot will be the Olympic size heated pool; warm in the winter and refreshing in the summer. It's the spot to swim, catch the sunshine and visit with the neighbors. You will also see your neighbors in the clubhouse with workout area. There's also a kitchen which comes in handy for the many events planned throughout the year.
