Positive: This place has been one of our favorite stays on Booking, by far. The house is spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. The attention to detail is apparent. The entire house was spotless, with plenty of spare towels, sheets, and supplies. The bathrooms and showers are high quality with plenty of hot water and a nice stream. The living room can accommodate a large family and is well-lit with natural light throughout the day. This place also has a nice backyard and a parking garage. The property managers are very prompt, and it shows they care about their guests. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with nearby parks and a supermarket. Highly recommended!

Negative: We had an internet outage that lasted a few days. This, of course, wasn’t the fault of the property manager or the house owner. We did spend a substantial amount of time helping the property managers solve it, and they offered a refund to cover the cost of the hotspot we used in the meantime. Until now (a few weeks later), we still haven't received the refund. Since everything else went so smoothly and we very much enjoyed our stay, we didn’t deduct anything from the perfect grade we gave to this property. We do hope we will still receive the refund.

Summary: Outstanding! One of our best stays on Booking.com, by far
