This 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home, new to the rental market, is a perfect home base for Penn State football weekends and other campus events. Convenient to 2 Beaver Stadium shuttle stops or drive to Beaver Stadium in 10 minutes.

The lower level includes another family room with a 50” Smart TV, full bath, queen bedroom, and a washer/dryer.
Bedding and bath towels are provided along with paper towels and toilet paper for your convenience. Toiletries are also available for guest use. The kitchen is well-stocked including a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of K-cups, tea, and snacks.
The driveway has parking for 3 cars. The home has keyless entry making check in easy. You can drop your bags, experience everything Penn State University and State College have to offer, and enjoy a comfortable home away from home.
