This spacious accommodation features a main house and a detached guest house, offering plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and relax. Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.
Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!
Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.
Parking: There is parking for up to 5 vehicles. Please plan to carpool if necessary.
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

The main house boasts a spacious and comfortable living area with views of the lake and back porch. The living room then flows into a fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space and bar seating as an addition to the nearby dining table.
Just off the kitchen is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom providing a peaceful retreat. Down the hall, you'll find another full bathroom and a queen-size bedroom for additional guests. Climb the stairs to discover a spacious second-floor bedroom offering three queen beds and a twin bunk bed, perfect for families or larger groups.
The detached guest house provides additional sleeping arrangements, featuring one bedroom with two full-over-full bunk beds and another with a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and another set of full-over-full bunk beds. This flexible sleeping configuration allows you to comfortably accommodate a large family or group of friends.
Unwind on the covered patio after a day on the lake, or prepare a delicious meal on the charcoal grill. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling in-ground pool (pictures coming soon!), rinse off under the outdoor shower, or simply relax and soak up the beautiful lake views from your private pier.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
