The Space:
Our West Stories Blockhouse is a multiple-level, three-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home with a net-zero design. With our signature sustainable stays™, our guests reduce their carbon footprint by simply staying with us. The interior is a Biophilic Design that makes you feel more connected to the natural environment by having exposed Cross Laminated Timber wood panels. We focused on making the space feel comfortable and memorable with a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer combo, TVs, and a modern bathroom.

You’ll be staying in one of the West Stories; our larger units designed with our group travelers in mind. You’ll have the entire unit to yourself. Each unit comes with its own private entrance, sleeps 5, a full bathroom on each floor, and a stocked kitchenette. The unit is accessed via smart-lock for your security and peace of mind. There are a few first come first serve designated parking spots and free on-street parking is available in the friendly Perry District neighborhood.

South Perry District is one of the coolest, most unique locations in Spokane, Wa. And Blockhouse life lets you take full advantage of everything Perry has to offer, like the funky cool shops, Perry Street Brewery, South Perry Pizza, The Wellness Tree, South Perry Lantern, and the sprawling Grant Park.
