The Space:
The spacious 2,200-square-foot condo offers a comfortable and well-designed layout across two floors.
On the first floor, you'll find a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals, and a dining area for enjoying them. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and an attached full bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower.
Upstairs, the second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and an attached full bathroom with a shower and tub. The third bedroom offers a full-size bed. Additionally, there's a cozy loft area with seating and a TV, along with a sleeper sofa, making it ideal for children.
The condo is a side-by-side duplex with separate entrances, and you'll have access to a wide double driveway, providing parking for up to three cars: one in the garage and two in the driveway.

**Pets are welcome with a fee, and a weight limit of 20 lbs applies for up to two dogs.**

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $79 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1000. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have lonely barking dogs left at our property.
