Our permit allows for 2 bedrooms. You are welcome to use the whole house. The front porch has great people watching. The private back deck & backyard are an "urban oasis." Our basement tenant has his own side entrance. He does not use the front porch except to get mail. He doesn't use the back deck or back yard, or driveway. His name is Buck. Super chill guy.
Other things to note
The front of the home faces a wonderful, active, lively street. One of the best, "true" old Portland-style neighborhoods. The back of the house is private and quiet. The backyard is fully fenced. Pets allowed with a $75 pet fee.
