Positive: Decent location. Nice property and attentive host.

Negative: Apt is 2 houses away from active train tracks. Renters should read the fine print, which tacks on a $20/day fee, so the advertised price is not accurate. There is also a $59 cleaning fee although the renter is expected to strip beds, collect towels, wash and put away dishes, take out trash and tidy up.

Summary: Nice place and host, but beware of hidden charges in the fine print.
