No shoes in the house No Wet Clothes inside the house NO Eating or Drinking in a house other than in the kitchen and dining area MAXIMUM ALLOWED UP TO TWELVE GUEST TOTAL NO ADDITIONAL VISITORS, with out written approval. The number of guests you put in when booking should be 100% accurate. It is STRICTLY enforced. Strictly no unauthorized guests and loud parties. All the used dishes must be put in the dishwasher before check-out. Inform the host if anything was damaged or broken. Garage and LOG cabin are not accessible, used as a storage. ON SITE PARKING FOR 8 CARS, NO PARKING PERMITTED ON A NEIGHBORING PROPERTY.

Children must be carefully supervised at all times when near the water. If you swim or use the canoe or paddle boat (especially children) we strongly recommend the use of life jackets which are provided for you and your guests.
Guest and guest visitors herein agrees to restrain from any dangerous activities, including but not limited to:
jumping at any time into the lake or careless activities.
