This condo is conveniently located towards the front of the Aspens development, so it is close to all the nearby businesses and bus stop. With almost 1300 square feet, this second floor unit offers an open living space with a nicely updated decor. There's a fireplace in the living room with a sliding patio door opening onto a deck for enjoying your morning coffee and grilling out on summer evenings. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar for 4, and dining area that seats 6 comfortably. Also on this level is the bedroom with two twins and a full bath with laundry. These twins are convertible to a king bed for a fee. Up a flight of stairs is the queen master bedroom with a full bath. This property can sleep an additional 2 people on the queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.
