Guests have private deck facing yard and separate outdoor sitting area on the Willamette river behind the main house (but not a river view from the unit). Watch the birds, boats and riverboat cruise from the patio with fire pit. 2 miles from lightrail station, restaurants and shopping nearby and 15 mins. to downtown Portland. Kayaks available during warmer months (lifejackets required). Next door to boat ramp, trailer and RV parking available. Friendly to families as well with toys available upon request. Cable TV and Netflix on the flat screen TV, video games available too. Two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed and closet. Big and comfortable fold-out couch and air mattress if needed.
