The Space:
Hello, welcome to our Stone house. The sleeping quarters consist of 2 bedrooms, one is king and the other offers a queen bed. This home will comfortably sleep 4 guests. The kitchen has all the equipment needed to cook meals: fully-equipped, open plan kitchen | full-sized refrigerator, oven range | dishwasher | microwave | toaster | coffee maker | utensils | 12 piece non-stick cookware sets while there is a gas grill for use as well. The dining area seats 4 people. The front door has a coded lock for front door entry. There is free street side parking and a driveway for use in the back. Our Roku TV gives guests access to streaming services. Help yourself to all our appliances. In the newly renovated bathroom, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. The back deck provides relaxation and restful place for sipping hot coffee in the morning or reading a book! Guest Access
The Stone House has an unfinished basement and garage for storage, these are locked for safety purposes for families traveling with children. There is a sump pump in the basement, so you may hear it periodically run it's cycle.
Self check-in via lockbox. Access code will be sent prior to arrival to obtain keys to access home. Front door access, side door has safety feature of exit only with no key needed, stays locked on outside.
Other things to note
Please remember, you're staying in a home and not a hotel. Kindly care for the space as if it were your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible.

This location is minutes from coffee shops, numerous high end restaurants, sports bars and entertainment. It is also is close to a busy road and because of that you can hear some noise while staying here but it’s not terrible.
NO PARTIES or SMOKING ALLOWED. Guests who violate our no party or no smoking policies will be subject to a $500 minimum fine each.
! NO EXCEPTIONS without prior approval in writing, guests who check-in early OR check-out after 11 AM will be charged $75 every 30 minutes past check out time. If check-out is past 3 PM, an additional night will be charged
