Complete with a sparkling pool, 6-person detached hot tub, a newly remodeled game room and 10 different places to hang out, you literally might not want to leave.
Dive into the action starting with our front yard mini golf, setting the stage for a stay filled with joy. Inside, our newly renovated space blends style with comfort – a cozy fireplace, a welcoming wet bar, and a fully-equipped kitchen that flows seamlessly into an outdoor deck perfect for dining or catching SeaWorld's nightly fireworks while soaking in the hot tub.
Venture downstairs to our game room, the ultimate hub of entertainment with shuffleboard, LED air hockey, mini bowling, an arcade, black light darts, huge smartTV and lots more!
Direct backyard access leads to a Zen lounge for hanging out, a glistening pool, huge custom built fire pit, private cabana day bed, outdoor games, all surrounded by lush greenery for your private retreat. Are you getting excited yet?
When it's time to recharge, our five elegantly appointed bedrooms await. Upstairs, find three comfy king bedrooms (one with an ensuite bathroom) and another shared bath. Downstairs offers two queen bedrooms, and a shared bath – coziness for everyone!
Finally, if you have to get some work done, our comfy seating and blazing fast WiFi will leave a smile on your face.

** POOL AND SPA **
While the home features a gorgeous outdoor pool and spa, not all guests choose to use it during their stay. For that reason, we don't include pool/spa heating in the nightly price of the rental. You can decide if you want to add pool heating for $79/day to your reservation. The pool is heated to 81 degrees (comfortable for lounging) and spa heated to 101 degrees.
The pool and spa are cleaned and serviced before each stay for your convenience.
**GUEST ACCESS**
We use a smart lock and will send you the code 7 days prior to your stay once we have the signed rental agreement. Parking is easy as we offer 2 tandem parking spaces in our driveway, with more across the street. We also offer free luggage drop if you arrive early and want to go explore town before check-in time! Please note there are security cameras on the front exterior of the home.
**INTERACTION WITH GUESTS**
Owners live very close by, and will treat you like family. We'll do anything and everything it takes to ensure your stay is remembered as one of your best trips ever! We look forward to hosting you!
** HOUSE RULES **
- No smoking indoors
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- $79 optional nightly pool heating
- No hot tub or outside music after 10pm
** OTHER THING TO NOTE**
A full-time tenant resides in our detached garage/studio. We ask for your respect for their space and noise considerations, especially at night. They do not share any of the main houses interior or exterior spaces. In addtition, they have a designated parking spot in the front next to the driveway (which is clearly marked) so please be sure not to block it when you park.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund.
