BR #1 - 1 King, BR#2 - 1 Queen +1 bunk bed, BR#3 - 2 single over full size bunk beds. Living room sofa has queen bed. (house can sleep 12 - Nightly fee of $375 is for 4 people, $25 additional fee for each person, each night ) Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, dishes, flatware, bakeware and pots and pans.
