Note there is no direct patio entrance into the inside of the condo, it is a fully gated rear patio so only the bedroom windows face the side of this patio, baby monitor is recommended if you have small children and you can use the key to lock the front door.
The Front desk team will provide you with info or bookings for all the local amenities connections, excursions and service bookings as well as arranging transportation to or from dinner or other activities in Todos Santos.
Our resort has security on site every evening and the front desk managers are on site as well.

The condo is set up with ONE spacious tile shower /full bathroom between the two bedrooms and a second half bath just beside the kitchen (no shower in the half bath). The outdoor shower is enclosed as well for privacy.

This is the only unit of it's kind with both a front sun patio and a rear covered patio with gas fireplace, outdoor shower, brand new furnishings, full outdoor cooking space and bar and an OUTDOOR TV & wifi for you to stream music and tv.

Our property is a warm and beautiful retreat on the Baja Coast and the perfect spot for a family or couples getaway to enjoy nature, relaxation and great local food and culture.
This lower first floor unit is easy access to the parking and pools and after you walk through the beautiful grounds you'll be on the quaint little dirt road that leads to not only the BEST fish tacos in the Baja - from barracuda's cantina, but also of course to the friendliest surf shacks and most beautiful beach on this side of the Baja coast.
The beach offers waterfront restaurants and there are local providers rent beach supplies, lounge chairs, umbrellas, surf boards and offer massage and other services.
Entertainment:
The condo is equipped with WIFI and living room has a large TV inside and outside connected to the internet so you can stream netflix when you want to relax inside for the night.

Just steps out the back door you can enjoy Freesouls for their live music nights and rooftop infiniti pool and bar service and we recommend checking out Shakas on the hill around the corner
The kitchen:
Fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes and pots and pans and a few extras such as a blender, keurig and french press. There is a gas range and oven and full sized fridge inside the condo, along with a gas grill and bar fridge and sink on the rooftop patio so you can BBQ your catch of the day from the local markets.
Just steps from the condo you will find the first of two pools in the complex and a new bar and restaurant scheduled to open right on site behind this pool later this spring.
POOLS:
Guests have access to two pools, in Phase 2 and 3 of our complex. There are also swim up bars at two restaurants just above our resort.
The Lounge pool is right out front of our condo door and perfect for basking in the sun
and the mini pool in Phase 3 is tucked in a quiet corner.
Restaurants:
Brand New Casa Maya restaurant and bar has opened in our resort with amazing local and western food. Just steps from the lounge pool for all day food and entertainment
Next door is Barracuda Cantina with amazing tacos and local fare in a toes in the sand casual setting with a great tequilla selection. Just behind our condo is Freesouls with wood fired pizza and an infiniti pool lounge with a beach view.
LINENS & TOWELS
Note that Laundry is NOT AVAILABLE anywhere in the resort or our units.
Beach Towels and Linens are all included but there is no housekeeping during your stay to refresh linens. There is a laundry drop off service available in Pescadero where you can drop off towels and laundry for same day cleaning and pick up.
BEACH SERVICES
Don't miss the restaurant and pool beside the new CERRITOS tourist sign, this restaurant is public and has great beachside seating
Beach chairs, surfboards and occasionally lounge chairs and umbrellas are available from the various surf stands along the beach who prefer PESOS instead of USD when possible, you'll often get a better price in Pesos.
