Use of our kayaks included to enjoy a leisurely paddle around Popponesset Island, or simply to paddle in the calm water in the spit. A 5 minute walk to the community center to play basketball, baseball, or for little ones to enjoy the playground, and a 10 minute walk to the neighborhood fishing pond, and a 15 minute easy walk to the Marketplace to enjoy restaurants, cafes, outdoor entertainment, mini golf, and quaint shopping.
