Positive: The location is nice because you can walk to the river trail through a beautiful neighborhood and downtown is a very short drive away. The bed was comfortable.

Negative: I chose this location because of the backyard it offered, but there were no chairs on the back patio and the yard was not usable because the lawn was in poor condition. There was also a wasp nest under the patio, and unfortunately, I was stung while sweeping it off. The property management company interaction was not the best experience, in my opinion. Look, the rent is expensive, and if no one is using the property before us, what's the big deal in allowing us access 1 hour early or letting us stay 1 hour later? Instead, they wanted $40, and I wasn't about to pay that on top of the rental fee. Then they granted us the use as if it were a really big deal. I understand if the cleaners need to come in and turn around the place, but that's not always the case and the check out at 10 am is VERY early. I was only asking if we could stay until about 10:45 when we were done with our walk. While my call to them about the wasp nest was handled pretty quickly, it was not actually taken care of and the wasps unfortunately persisted after treatment.
