Pets welcome. This is a walk out basement property, of a two level home that is modern and fully furnished. With 1,700 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, two full baths, a laundry room and a spacios family room, relaxation comes easy. Enjoy the use of a new BBQ'r while you take in the amazing views and cool night air. There is an in-ground trampoline for the kidos. We are currently in the process of landscaping which will be completed summer 2025.
