Two bathrooms equipped with bath and shower and all the essentials, guests can freshen up before exploring the city or visiting family. The living room offers an additional living space with a comfy sofa and recliner for relaxation and plenty of cards and board games and a smart tv. Full kitchen with full refrigerator, stove, coffee pot, and oven and all the extras to be able to cook for yourselves. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Large corner lot yard for kids to play, and includes a fire pit with 6 chairs, gas or charcoal grill, and projector screen for all to enjoy. Our 8 year old black lab Tucker lives downstairs and loves kids and new visitors, and anyone that will throw a ball for him.
