The home is 1700 square feet. With two bedrooms and a small loft, this cozy retreat is perfect for your stay.
The first bedroom features a small full bathroom, providing convenience and privacy. In the second bedroom, you'll find two comfortable full-size beds.
Upstairs, the loft offers a unique space that overlooks the living area. Please note that while it provides a partially private atmosphere, it does not have dedicated closet space. The loft is furnished with two cozy twin beds (trundle), providing additional sleeping arrangements.

Pls note that a female caretaker resides on the property in a separate bldg/room situated on the 2 acre lot away from the main house. While swimming in the lake is not recommended due to the possible presence of wildlife, it provides an excellent opportunity for fishing enthusiasts.
