Welcome to "The Heart Well Home" on beautiful Lake Hartwell...it'll do wonders for your soul. Located on the Seneca River portion of the lake right off I-85 and Hwy 24 in Townville, SC (Exit 11). The picturesque views inside this 4 bed/4 bath house only pale in comparison to the direct waterfront access this property has to offer! Vast spaces for family and friends to make lasting memories while they relax, play hard and fellowship together!
This home boasts a two-level living space with almost identical floor plans which is ideal for a multi-family stay. With a full kitchen, living space, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on each level you'll have plenty of room to call your own. There are a total of nine (9) beds in this home which will accommodate up to 16 people comfortably. Parking is available on both levels with enough room for a truck and trailer if needed.
The lake is a short walk down the path to a private dock. If you bring your own boat, or rent one, there is a slip available for docking. We are located on deep water which averages approximately 25 ft. off the dock (this varies depending on water levels which fluctuate). This means the walkway has a fairly steep incline, so that's something to be aware of.
We provide the basic necessities (linens, pillows, bath and beach towels, toiletries, dishes, pots/pans, bakeware, flatware, etc.). You'll find anything else you may need within a 15 minute drive to Clemson Blvd (off Exit 19). This is where the majority of your local dining and shopping can be found.
