This is a 2000 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms with stunning views of the lake and the Rocky Mountains from the living room, the loft and two of the bedrooms. The kitchen was renovated in January of 2016 with new cabinets, granite countertops, new flooring and new lighting. Park under the car port and come sit under the pergola to enjoy a million dollar view of the lake. There is a boat dock and 110 feet of your own very private beach.
The best part might be sitting out on the deck, enjoying dinner or slipping into the hot tub.
