Enjoy this spectacular private compound newly remodeled as a vacation destination with all the conveniences of a luxury home. The compound offers 3 designer homes nestled on 1 acre of lakefront property on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, AR.
The three homes are situated around a large oval driveway that offers plenty of parking. There are several grassy areas for playing and lounging as well as 100’ of lake frontage. All of the homes are equipped with Roku Smart TV’s as well as WIFI access. This private oasis is perfect for a family or group retreat in a great main channel location, and also close to many amenities.
The lake front home is a light filled custom designer home featuring 2 bedrooms, a bunk room, 2 bathrooms, and laundry. Soaring ceilings offer 9 foot windows showcasing 180 degree views of beautiful Lake Hamilton. A large deck off the open floor plan living/kitchen/dining area offers ample outdoor seating, a Blackstone grill, wood burning fire pit, tables and sofas for the ultimate spot for relaxation. The indoor fireplace is non-working.
The guest house offers peek-a-boo lake views from almost every room. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and two pull-out sofas in the living room/sitting area. This houses accommodates up to 10 people. The large open kitchen gets beautiful morning light to enjoy coffee by. There are also 2 large living areas, dining room, and laundry. This home is very relaxing and comforting with access to the large yard and lake just steps away.
The cabin is perfect for a couple or small family. You can just chill out in bed and watch TV or soak in the lake views from the large private deck. The cabin has a queen bed and pull out couch available, along with a kitchen, bathroom, and lounging areas inside and out. This 360 sq. foot home can accommodate 2-4 guests.
All three homes combined can sleep up to 20 guests and feature high quality mattresses that are clean and new. The property is close to town but you feel completely secluded in nature’s paradise. Sit and watch the boats go by and the sun go down behind the trees, fish or swim off the dock, you’ll fall in love with The Lake Lodge-it’s unbeatable!
***Please note that the doorbell at the front door of each dwelling is a Ring Video Doorbell used to monitor access when the property is unoccupied. For the privacy of our guests, there are no interior cameras.
***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.
