This home is conveniently located less than 2 miles from CVS, Stop and Shop, McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts, Rite Aid, and Subway. 20 minutes to Glastonbury, Middletown and 30 minutes to Hartford, all with fine dining, theater and sporting events. 30 minutes from Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Casinos with everything they have to offer.
The first floor includes a 2nd master bedroom with full bath, open kitchen, dining area and living room with spectacular lake, sun sets views, and fireplace. ½ bath on first floor has full size stackable washer/dryer. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and kitchen.

50' TV with cable and DVD player in living room and an additional 30' TV with cable in master bedroom.
Upper level: Master bedroom includes King Bed overlooking the lake with full bath. 2nd bedroom has Double bed with lakefront views. 3rd bedroom sleeps 6 with windows on three sides in 3 trundle beds. 4th upstairs bed has bunkbeds. Second full bath with double vanity separate toilet and shower area.
