The place is located in a quiet neighborhood called Greensboro. It is close to Arkansas State University(1 mile), St. Bernard's, NEA Baptist Hospital and the historic Downtown. It is also close to Brookland and Paragould, AR. Pets must be in carrier. Host lives on the property next door. We are very approachable if a need arises.

- You may check in any time after 1PM. Upon check in, we will meet you and give you the keys.
- Check out is 11AM. Upon check out, please leave the key on the table right under the TV and be sure on your way out, all doors are completely closed before leaving. Leave it unlocked.
A few reminders:
• If you observe damages or any additional cleaning that is needed upon arrival, you must call us and report.
• A starter supply of coffee, sugar, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dishwash detergent and garbage bags are provided. However you must supply your own after this is used.
• Unit has coffee maker so feel free to brew your own.
• Bathroom has Tissue Paper, towels, Shampoo, Body Soap, and Handwash Soap.
• The unit has washer / dryer which is for your personal use. We have provided laundry soap as well.
• The unit has oven range, microwave and refrigerator. Feel free to cook your own meal.
• Air matress is available(if needed). It has its cord, just plug it and it will inflate itself.
We are close to CostPlus (Bill’s), Dollar Tree, Walmart and Kroger for your grocery needs.
There’s plenty of restaurants for you to choose from Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
No Smoking, No parties allowed. Failure to comply would get the cops involved!! This house is family friendly so we need to make sure the house is safe for everyone.
Generally, the area is very safe and secure, but for you and your host's protection, make sure that your doors are locked when leaving.
