Positive: The location was amazing right on the lake.... I loved the deck outside and the fire pit area was really nice

Negative: The house is in much need of work... you could tell they took an older home and did some upgrades but did not complete all of it... for instance they put up some new molding yet did not paint it.

Summary: Fabulous location on the lake! House well equipped
