The same creature comforts as home. There is a fully functioning utility room if you need to do a load of laundry. Bathroom with towels, washcloths, and a blow dryer in case you forgot yours. A large screen TV with sound bar and smaller TV in the bedroom. Fold-out couch for extra guests and a comfortable private porch with ample seating to host friends for a cookout.
