Hello! My casita is located next to my cabin. It is perfect for 1 or 2 adults/couple looking for a peaceful weekend get away. You have a wonderful elevated view of Loon Lake! It is a rustic single room with a large and comfortable futon bed/couch, small table and chairs, compact refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, and even an antique radio. Electric outlets to charge your phone etc.. Deck with a gas grill for cooking and relaxing. 2- firepits are also available for your use. PRIVATE, curtained, outdoor shower (hot water) and porta potty "gazebo" is attached to the casita June through September - you do have to walk outside to access it, but it is only for your use. Early Spring - Mar- May and Late Fall Oct - Dec will have access to the cabin's SHARED bathroom, in addition to the portapotty in the casita. I will provide the basics - toilet paper, blankets, plates, cups and silverware. Would be nice if you would bring your own sheets and a pillow. You will have access to the dock, so bring your boat! Space available to park your trailer and the public boat launch is very close by. There is NOT A "swimming/sandy beach" onsite, but there is one in the city of Vergas. I am in a shallow bay that can get very weedy. If you forget to bring something, you are less than a mile to the city of Vergas, or, I may possibly have something extra in my cabin. I live onsite, however, my intention is that you really won't even know I am here. I do have 2 small dogs that may like to say hi to you on occasion. I hope you will consider my cozy casita for your next little get away! (Short term rentals up to 1 week only right now, but may consider extended rentals in the future.)
