We are a few minutes away from the heart of downtown and The Pearl with access to many up and coming restaurants, breweries, and parks. We have hand restored this home to its original form with attention to detail and unique accents everywhere you look.
Set on top of a hill across from a newly renovated large park. You will see amazing sunsets of downtown while relaxing on the covered porch.
Our home has an updated kitchen and multiple rooms to hangout in, including a sun room, living room, large relaxing dining area, and full basement suite.
One of the bedrooms is in the basement and has been fully renovated with its own private bathroom (an original component of this home). Basements are rare in Texas and we have highlighted this space to be one of the most fun parts of the house.
