Summary: Super nice staff! Hotel parking is an issue, unless you don't mind climbing over a concrete partition. Our room was spacious and clean (except mirrors in bathroom had lots of hairspray buildup on them and some washcloths/towels had "grungy stains" on them). Worse part of our nightly stay was dealing with lots of traffic noise due to loud vehicles racing around downtown roadsways, alleyways & parking garages.
