Yellowstone National Park is a scenic 51 miles Southeast. The quaint western town of Ennis is an easy 19 mile drive to the North. Other fishing in the area include the Jefferson, Big Hole and Beaverhead Rivers. Wade, Cliff, Quake, Hebgen, Henry’s and Ennis Lakes are all an easy hour or less away.
The Bozeman airport is 75 miles away, an easy and scenic 1.5 hour drive.
Other fun and interesting destinations in the area include the historical Virginia and Nevada City, with daily performances by the Virginia City Players and nightly entertainment by the Virginia City Follies. Both are loved by tourists and locals alike and good for a hearty laugh or two.
