(access to Hulu, Prime and Netflix, new furnishings and ceiling fan. The living room flows into the dining area
*DINING: The dining table will seat 6 comfortably.
*BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed
Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed
Bedroom 3 has a king sized bed
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, new beds and linens.
*A Full Bathroom with tub/shower combo.
* KITCHEN: The bright and very well equipped kitchen
has granite countertops, gas stove, microwave, dishes,
glasses, wine glasses, pots and pans, Mr. Coffee Maker,
toaster, blender, etc. Even the kiddos have their own kid
dishes, cups and silverware, etc.
*WASHER/DRYER in hallway. A starter amount of
laundry detergent and fabric softener is supplied
*The house offers central heat.
*Please note there is NO AC.
*Board games for adults and kids are under TV.
* Pack and play, high chair, and baby tub, toys & books (in bedroom closet).
*Private entrance
* ONE private parking spot directly next to the house-please parkclose to the side of house.
Easy stroll to Adams Ave. which offers great restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, fun shops, grocery store, pharmacy. Just 15 minutes +/- to San Diego's great attractions Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, many beaches, downtown, Old Town and the airport, to mention a few spots

This is a smoke-free home - please be considerate and do not smoke inside or anywhere on the property.

Guest access
Guests have access to the front house and back patio.
You will be provided a code for keyless entry.
There is parking in the driveway for one mid-size car. Park on the left side of the driveway ONLY - next to the house. If you have a large car/truck please park on the street. Please park additional cars on the street.
Other things to note:
*Your private area is the house itself (of course), your ONE designated parking space, and the BACK patio.
*Quiet hours are 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.
*The home in back house is rented as a short term rental - so please be considerate of your neighbors and respect their space which includes their parking area and the fenced back patio.
