The library includes a large sitting area with two couches that could be used as beds. It also has a large wood-burning fire place, a wet bar with mini-fridge, ice maker and sink, also, this room has a table that seats six.
Upstairs: Bedroom #1 has a double bed and recliner. Bedroom #3 has a king bed and a twin bed and recliner. Bedroom #4 is a mini-room with a twin bed. There are two full bathrooms that serve these rooms. Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Lower level: Bedroom #1 has two twin size beds. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds. Bedroom #3 has three twin size beds. This level also includes a game room with a pool table and two couches that can be used as beds and extra refrigerator. There is a full bathroom that servers the lower level. This level has a direct access to the outside.
H/A units both floors. Both floors have vacuums and Swifters. Housekeeping shelving upstairs and downstairs has plenty of extra bedding with each guest having an ample supply of towels, face towels, wash cloths and soap. This house has three full size bathrooms and a powder room on main floor.
Outside: The large screened front porch includes a large sitting area and a picnic table that seats up to ten. The back porch is cozy with seating for one or two.There are lots of trees and grass with plenty of parking for recreational vehicles. (Fee for hooking RV's to electricity.)

Mena is 30 miles north and has WalMart and a movie theater, DeQueen is 25 miles south and also has WalMart and many nice restaurants and other national franchises. Each are over 5000 in population. Lots of festivals and events which are mostly seasonal.
