Be right where the festivities are happening in the popular Burns Park neighborhood! This home is on a street that is a very happening one for tailgating! It's less than a 1 mile due east from the University of Michigan football stadium (10 minute walk). We're close to campus, but have a friendly, quiet family neighborhood. All the charm of an older home with a more modern addition with a beautiful, kitchen/family room on the first floor (open kitchen, island counter, granite countertops, newer appliances). Open floor plan, perfect for socializing! There is a gas grill and fire pit with chairs and outdoor lighting in the fenced in backyard waiting for you, too.
Our neighborhood is one with young families so we ask that our guests refrain from large, loud parties until late in the evening hours.
We do have pets, a dog and a cat, so please be aware in terms of allergies. We deep clean before rentals, but full disclosure for those who are particularly sensitive.Convenient to downtown Ann Arbor, U-M Campus. Everything you could need is within walking distance!
