Thoroughly cleaned and remodeled after long term renters, so now only allowing short-term or mid-term screened guests in our updated 1911 country school house. Mature spruce trees surround the cottage-style home & spacious acreage. Easy access to well-maintained state highway. Continental breakfast & laundry service included. Basic microwaveable dinner meals are provided for first night arrivals. Hosts are a retired firefighter & retired special ed teacher, both first responders (fire & EMS).
The space
Thoroughly cleaned and remodeled after long term renters, and now only allowing short-term or mid-term screened guests. Guests have a private entrance with a coded door lock, and the entire guest suite is of course private. Private Guest bedroom (full-size bed) with linens and bedding; night stand, dresser, closet area, and study area.
Private new construction 3/4 bath; towels, toiletries, hairdryer, etc. provided
Private guest family room: sleeper sofa (queen size)for your occasional guests (notify hosts); 42" Flat screen Smart (Vizio) TV, bookcase with reading materials and board games, etc.
Private entrance, covered parking available (8 ' wide) for motorcycle or small vehicle; also open parking in front of house. Additionally parking right next to the guest entrance on the east side of the house. Just drive to the east around the house and cedar trees, turn left at the lamp post , and pull up to the door. Motion-activated light at the guest entrance. Access also by walking along the south and east outer perimeter of the chain link fenced area, which has a solar lamp by the large cedar trees.

A kitchenette-type island is in the guest family room. Convection oven and hot plate available upon request.

Laundry service available. Laundry bags will be provided for guests to separate their laundry items. With extended stays, I can put any personal washing you might have through with the suite items for you if that helps you out.
Other things to note
We make sure we are always aware of weather forecasts, and will make sure your access to our home is well-taken care of with snow removal services! The county road and state highway are well-maintained. Since there is a possibility of a snow storm impacting our ability to remove snow completely around access, we are keeping our rates very low during the winter months!
A 10' X 10' dog kennel is available for your dog, with access to a large backyard with trees. (Wyoming is well-known for its snowy winters, so kennel would not be practical in snow storms). Pasture access for guests and pets of course. With the nearby highway, please be sure your pets are under your control in the pasture.
