Studio apartment conveniently located on Main Street in Dunlap, IA. Our loft is located on the second floor and was completed in May of 2018. The loft is located above the accounting firm Gross & Company, PLLC, which is actually the owner of the loft, so if we are around during the week and have a special request someone will be one site to assist. The loft if fully furnished with your everyday needs from a Kuerig coffee maker to a full kitchen. Say for 1 night or for three weeks. We will make your stay as comfortable as possible. We have renting the loft since May of 2018, so we have a good process in place, but aim to please every guest. Please let us know if you have any questions with our loft. Thanks for looking!
