The two bathrooms are each equipped with dual rain-head / handheld shower fixtures and a bidet. The downstairs bathroom also has dual sinks.

The barn is located on the same 13-acre property as the "Massachusetts House", one of the oldest homes in Brooksville. Our property has a large meadow leading to private frontage in Lord's Cove on the Bagaduce River. The barn has an elevated deck and outdoor table overlooking the whole property.
Nearby activities include hiking, kayaking, and biking in this pastoral area. We encourage you to check out the various sanctuaries on the peninsula and the Dead River Trailhead in Orland is worth the trip.
