The space
Located in Holyoke, MA, 10 miles to downtown Northampton and Smith College, 5 miles from Mt. Holyoke College, 20 min from UMass Amherst and Hampshire College, and 10 min from Springfield.
Minimum stay is 2 nights for weekends and 3 night minimum for holiday weekends. You'll find all the amenities of a "lived-in" home here. We do not plan to move our personal items out of our home, so we ask that you do your best to respect our belongings. Our home is beautifully well kept and very clean! The kitchen is fully stocked and open for your personal use. We will leave a shelf in the refrigerator for your use and when we have extra veggies/food to share, we'll leave a note to let you know what you can help yourself to. We will not leave any extreme valuables in our home but our clothes, shoes, coats/jackets, etc. will remain.
Enjoy dinner outdoors on our beautiful new patio, or read a book with a glass of wine on our enclosed front porch. Everyone that has ever stepped into our home has mentioned how "cozy it is". Come and see for yourself!
Note- in the winter months, we will do our best to have the driveway clean of snow before your arrival. However, during your stay, you’ll be responsible for the snow removal.
