The neighborhood is calm, quiet and peaceful, home to many permanent residents, adjacent to the golf course and a very short drive from Cooperstown All Star Village baseball resort.
Guests will have full access to the entire house, yard, patio and garage.

Out of respect for the community, we strictly enforce no street parking (park vehicles in the garage and driveway, max 3 vehicles) and ask that guests keep noise to a minimum at all times—especially outdoors and during evenings.
