Our two-story brick home has all the modern amenities with a spacious central living room, cozy kitchen, private downstairs bedroom with sitting area and half-bath, and two upstairs bedrooms. Spend a relaxed evening around the courtyard firepit, or have some fun playing board games at the hand-crafted coffee table. Only a short walk to two restaurants, the town park, and the Muscatatuck River. A town greenspace is directly across the road and can be utilized for playing games or enjoying a nice book on a picnic blanket.
The space
First floor bedroom (Afternoon Sun) - full-size bed, half-bath, and private sitting area with direct access to the courtyard.
Second floor bedroom 1 (Quiet Waters) - full-size bed with a large walk-in closet and sitting area. Table and chairs can be moved to set up a full-size queen air mattress upon request.
Second floor bedroom 2 (Garden Oasis) - full-size bed with closet.
Upstairs bathroom - tub shower and single vanity. Includes hair dryer and extra towels. Travel-size shampoo and conditioner available upon request.
Downstairs half-bath - located in first floor bedroom.
