Half of the apartments are rented to locals. The atmosphere is very friendly and a positive experience. Some tenants have a cat or small dog. Beach chairs, coffee maker, microwave everything newly furnished and almost everything available on little things which are needed in the daily use.
The location is north of Boca Raton and south of Manalapan or West Pam Beach one of the richest streets on Florida's beaches.
