Located in recently revitalized Blackstone District with variety of restaurants and bars, nearby Midtown Crossing includes more restaurants, a park with outdoor concerts in the summer, shops and a theater. Centrally located with short commute to UNMC, UNO, Creighton, TD Ameritrade Ballpark, CHI Health Center Arena and Convention Center, Old Market District, Henry Doorly Zoo, Lauritzen Botanical Gardens, Joslyn Art Museum.
