That's what the cleaning fee is for. You're on vacation, just lock up and leave, we got you! **This property is older with an older kitchen and bathroom. **Our parking spot is narrow so big trucks or SUVs may not fit. There are usually spots on the side street (Fanuel) if this is the case. This is a lower unit, so you will occasionally hear guests moving around upstairs. However, this is a very quiet area in general, with very respectful and professional neighbors and we do enforce quiet hours from 10pm to 8am daily. This home HAS NOT been child proofed and there are cactus plants on the patio.**
