Escape to the backyard for an absolute paradise. Yard was completely redone in 2022 with the vacation traveler specifically in mind. Features include an optionally heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, fire pit, and games for the family. Custom Pergola with outdoor kitchen, sectional couch seating, and big screen TV is an area you won't want to leave. The backyard provides a unique space that offers travelers comfortable outdoor touches, like warm blankets for cool evenings, to enjoy the Arizona weather. Pool may be heated for additional $75 per day or $400 per week.
No unregistered guests are allowed at the property without consent of the hosts. The amount of people you book for is the amount of people allowed at the home.
Please notify manager at least 48 hours in advance of stay for pool heating as it does take time to heat. The spa can always be heated at no cost.
Must be 30 years of age to rent home and ID may be required.
Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in the backyard.
No local bookings without 3.5 star reviews or approval from host.
Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced as this is a city ordinance.
No pets are allowed at the home.
No smoking is allowed on the property. Any signs of smoking will result in a $2000 fine.
